Onsen in the room was lovely! Big spacious room as well. The staff was very attentive, and they even gave us umbrellas (no charge) on the day we left since it was raining hard. The breakfast and dinner were also wonderful, huge variety and well made.

Very nice room, spacious. In the room there was a bed, as well as a table and chairs. There was also a small onsen in the room. Overall I liked the room very much, even the public bath met my expectations. The breakfast was very good and tasty, a great selection of food.

One of the staff really very helpful to us, he helped my daughter to glue her shoe and deliver to her room personally. Really appreciated for such a extra services or helps. Once again, thank you very much to the staff from LiveMax Resort Hakone Ashinoko. From TMM June 12/06/2024

The staff has been very understanding at our situation being stuck on a traffic around gotemba and made sure we could still enjoy our buffet dinner even at the last minute.

We chose this hotel for the private onsen in the room which was great ! The hotel also has its own outdoor and indoor onsens. Location was ideal for hiking - we got the ship across Lake Ashi and did a walk up Mount Mikuni and the surrounding mountains. You can get great views of Mount Fuji from the lake (which is a 10 min walk down from the hotel) if the weather is clear. To get here we got a train to Odawara and then a bus (ask tourist information in the station) which took about an hour, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel.
